-The blouse is a cotton/polyester blend. It is not vintage, but preloved.
-The shirt is in fair shape. The only real damage to note is a stain on the front (light and not super noticeable, pictured). The stain gets covered if you tie it off or tuck the shirt in. The price reflects the damage.
